H1N1 Information
This section contains information for our faculty, staff and students as well as parents concerning the preparedness plans at UNC Charlotte for H1N1 flu. The current infection rates on campus remain low. Rest assured that flu prevention techniques are in place and we continue to monitor the situation. Regular updates will be made to this site when any new information becomes available.

Current Status
- UNC Charlotte is open and operational.
- Flu vaccine clinics began on Monday, November 2 for students and Tuesday, November 3 for faculty & staff.
- Normal flu-prevention precautions are advised.
- UNC Charlotte classes and activities are on schedule.
- The Charlotte-Mecklenburg school system is open and operational.
- Transportation means (bus and trolley) are operational.
