The UNC Charlotte community comprises more than 21,500 students and more than 3,000 staff and faculty members who learn, teach, research and work on the university's 1,000-acre campus in Charlotte, N.C. The university's large size, diverse activity and picturesque setting create an atmosphere where photographic opportunities abound.

As such, Campus Snapshots was created to visually share some of UNC Charlotte's people, places and features. More photos, with accompanying information, will be added on a regular basis.

If you have a photo that you would like to have considered for inclusion in this site, feel free to e-mail it, along with a 100-200 word description, to campnews@uncc.edu. JPEG files are the only acceptable file format. All photos will be carefully considered; however, only photos that are of the utmost quality and contain compelling content that fits well within the site's overall style may be added. All final authority regarding use of submitted photographs resides with UNC Charlotte's Public Relations department.
